3. Orders and Payment

4. Returns

4.1 In the event that a received product is damaged, the buyer should contact ARTA NOIR within 7 days of receipt, using the contact details provided on the webshop.

4.2 ARTA NOIR will work together with the buyer to determine a suitable solution for the damaged product. This may include replacing the damaged item with a new one or offering an exchange. Currently, cash refunds are not available.
