How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 4 to 9 business days, depending on your location. Please note that we print and prepare each piece of artwork on request, which may add 1-4 business days for fulfillment.
How is the artwork packaged for shipping?
We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging includes:
- Corner Protection: Foam or air cell corner protectors are used to safeguard the frame and canvas.
- Protective Wrapping: Each framed canvas is wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve to prevent any damage during transit.
- Sturdy Boxes: We use strong, corrugated boxes made from recycled materials to ensure safe delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you'll receive a series of emails:
- Order Confirmation Email: Confirms your purchase and payment.
- Shipment Confirmation Email: A "thank you" email that your order is on its way.
- Tracking Email: A tracking link will be provided so you can follow your order's progress.

What happens if my delivery attempt is unsuccessful?

What is your return policy?
We follow a 14-day return policy in accordance with European law. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once you inform us of your decision, the artwork must be returned within another 14 days. The product should be returned in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.

- The customer is responsible for the return shipping and any applicable customs fees.
- If the product arrives damaged, you may return it for a full refund or request a replacement at no additional cost.
